This Privacy Notice explains how your personal data are collected and processed in relation to browsing the website

www.cbamministrazioni.it

(the “Website”).

In particular, it explains how personal data collected during browsing (navigation logs and cookies) and through
additional related services involving user interaction are managed, such as completing a form to participate in an
event or sending emails to the addresses published on the Website.

In this regard, in full compliance with personal data protection regulations
(Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the GDPR),
you are invited to read the following notice, which has been designed and written in clear and concise language to help
you fully understand how we process your personal data.

1.IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is C.B. Amministrazioni s.a.s., with registered and operational office in Turin,
Via Sobrero no. 20, and an operational office in Milan, Corso Sempione no. 39,
Tax Code and VAT number 07241330013.

2.SOURCE, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal
operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data are not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature may,
through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Website,
URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method
used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the
status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s
operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its
correct functioning. The data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against
the Website (legitimate interests of the Data Controller).

Cookies

Cookies are small text files (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client
(browser) to be reused during the same visit to the Website (session cookies) or later, even after several days
(persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific
device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).

Similar technologies, such as web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5,
may be used to collect information on user behavior and service usage.

In the remainder of this document, cookies and all similar technologies will be referred to simply as “cookies”.

Based on their characteristics and use, cookies can be classified into different categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the Website
www.cbamministrazioni.it and are used to manage login and access to restricted areas.
Their duration is strictly limited to the browsing session (they are deleted when the browser is closed).

  • Technical cookies. Technical cookies are those used solely to “carry out the transmission of a communication over an
electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service
explicitly requested by the subscriber or user” (see Article 122, paragraph 1 of the Italian Privacy Code).
They are not used for additional purposes and are normally installed directly by the Website owner or operator.
They include navigation or session cookies, analytics cookies (treated as technical cookies when used directly by the
Website operator in aggregated form), and functionality cookies that allow users to browse according to selected
criteria (e.g. language or selected products) in order to improve the service provided.

  • Profiling cookies. Profiling cookies are intended to create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages
consistent with the preferences expressed by users while browsing the web.
Due to their potentially invasive nature, European and Italian law requires users to be adequately informed and to give
    their explicit consent.

When visiting a website, users may receive cookies both from the visited site (“first-party cookies”) and from sites
operated by other organizations (“third-party cookies”).
A notable example is the presence of social plugins for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn.
These plugins involve the transmission of cookies to and from third-party sites.
The management of information collected by third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Among third-party cookies, we also include components from Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by
Google. Google Analytics collects and analyzes usage information in anonymous form in order to generate reports on
Website activity. This Website does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google Analytics to monitor or
collect personally identifiable information. Google does not associate IP addresses with other data held by Google nor
attempt to link IP addresses with user identities.

Most internet browsers are initially set to automatically accept cookies. Users may modify browser settings to block
cookies or receive notifications when cookies are sent.

If cookie storage is blocked, the correct functioning of the Website cannot be guaranteed and some features or content
may be unavailable. Blocking cookies does not remove advertisements, but they will no longer be personalized.

We may store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this Website.
For all other types of cookies, your consent is required.

Contact forms or email

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses published on this Website entails the
acquisition of the sender’s email address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal
data included in the message.

Navigation data and certain cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website.
Profiling cookies and personal data provided via contact forms are optional and not subject to any legal obligation.

4.SCOPE OF DATA DISCLOSURE

Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws, personal data may be shared with:

  • External service providers acting on our behalf;
  • External IT and document storage service providers subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
